Great Ambience, super friendly service. Butter chicken and palak paneer both were upto mark but didnt like the idea of making breads in advance and not fresh. That makes the bread so chewy. Overall good experience.

Tucked away in the beautiful suburb of Kyneton, this little gem of an Indian restaurant stole our hearts (and taste buds) from the moment we walked in. It’s quaint, cosy, and full of charm- the kind of place where you instantly feel at home. We started with the Colonel TSO Cauliflower and Indian Fried Chicken- both absolutely addictive with the perfect balance of spice and crunch. For mains, we ordered Butter Chicken, Daal Makhni, and Malai Kofta paired with butter and garlic naan, and every bite was pure bliss. Dessert was the perfect sweet ending kulfi and warm, syrupy gulab jamun that we’re still dreaming about. Service was truly top-notch. Chef Ajaypal came out to check on us and his passion for food shines through in every dish. Our server, Dina, was an absolute delight, friendly, attentive, and 5-star all the way. If you’re looking for authentic Indian flavours served with genuine hospitality in a beautiful countryside setting, Dhaba is a must-visit.

This is a fantastic Indian restaurant and definitely worth a visit. The venue has a really fun Bollywood-inspired style that makes for a unique and lively atmosphere. The food is excellent – full of flavour and clearly prepared with care. My only suggestion would be to turn the heaters on during winter – it was 4 degrees outside, and the space would have been much more enjoyable if it felt warm and cosy inside.

What an eclectic restaurant. The atmosphere has you looking around and admiring every nook and cranny. The ambiance is also nice to soak in. The staff were very helpful and very accommodating. The kitchen cook openly and their etiquette with communication between other staff was great to see. The food was simply amazing, delicious with every dip and every bite. Mild in spice and was manageable, and strong if you desire. The butter chicken turned me into a cave man, just dived in with fingers due to its delicious sauce, to top off the night the desert was top tier. If you join the dumpling and the ice cream together it increases that tenfold. Perfect for a date night, not so much kid friendly (kids are welcome and they do amazing deals for kids, but I couldn't see young kids happy sitting in one spot, basically no play area for them) but perfect to wine and dine. The added advantage of share foods also sparks conversation between one another and in some cases makes you put down the phone and be human, that's and experience money can't buy. Enjoy your stay, and enjoy your meals, I thoroughly enjoyed it and I think you will too...
